  • Our fitness team at The Mill is made up of a diverse team of trainers who each have their own specialities but are united in their drive to help you make the lifestyle change you are hoping for. Making a change in diet and exercise can be tough, but with the right support by your side, it can be a change for life which will instil a whole new lease of life in you.

    Personal training gives you a one to one experience with a trainer who will design a fitness plan tailored to your individual needs. You can then work with this trainer on an on-going basis to ensure that you are sticking to your regime and getting the results you hope for.

    No matter how experienced you are at training, whether you are new to the gym environment, or a seasoned athlete training for a specific goal, our trainers will be delighted to work with you to achieve your goals.

    We have both male and female trainers of varying ages so that you can choose the partner in fitness who is right for you.

    A group of 10 one-hour sessions costs just €150 for members and €200 for non-members.

    Existing PT clients will receive €5 discount when they make their booking.
